当ホステルは京都駅近で高速道路の乗り降り口からも近く、団体のお客様にもご利用しやすいホステルです。個室、和室、ドミトリールームなどのお部屋を格安で提供しております。

団体予約規約
リクエストを承った後、空き状況を確認いたしまして予約金を頂戴致します。
予約金を当社指定の口座へ銀行振り込みにてお支払い頂きます。
予約金の着金確認を以てご予約確定とさせていただきます。
※この予約金は、キャンセル、宿泊人数または宿泊日数の減少、不泊など、いかなる場合においても返金できかねますことを予めご了承ください。
部屋割りに関しましては、ご予約時に双方で話し合って決めることとします。

At Kyoto hostel ryokan we also rent out our whole hostel for a reasonable price to a big group of travelers, up to 30 people.

Our hostel consist of one 8 people dormitory room, two 4 people dormitory room, 2 twins room and one Japanese tatami room.

 Group booking’s deposit

In order to rent our hostel please sent us your request to our email of the period the wish to stay. After we have check our availability we will contact you back right away.

During this time we will put the reservation on hold until a given time. In the mean time we will ask for our customer to pay the deposit in advance.

We only accept credit card and bank’s transaction.

**Please noted that the deposit will not be return in any event of cancellation / booking arrangement / No show / reduction in numbers of guests.

**The remainder of the amount will be charged upon check-in in Japanese CASH.
Please make sure to prepare the balance before arrival. We are afraid that we cannot allow you to pay separately

**Please note that some of our facilities (bathroom/kitchen/dining room etc.) are shared and most beds are bunk beds
